Malaika Collective, your favorite community hub for Black creatives, has proudly secured its place as a recipient of the renowned BeyGood Black Parade Route Small Business Grant. This milestone is a beacon for all creatives in our journey, signifying our unwavering dedication to unity, empowerment, and creativity.

Imagine this: an invite from the esteemed BeyGood Foundation, alongside 150 top small businesses. And then, the big reveal - Malaika Collective is announced as a grant recipient. Quite the journey, isn’t it?

Here's a trip down memory lane. From my days as a young 21-year-old RA to the upcoming celebrations of my 30th, it’s surreal to think that Beyoncé's foundation now backs Malaika Collective's mission. This is the universe’s affirmation, signaling, “Dreams? They’re valid.”

The initial commitment was to support 10 deserving businesses. But in true BeyGood style, they stretched their generosity to 12. Among the distinguished 12, Malaika Collective shines, an emblem of dedication and purpose. Beyond finances, it’s an endorsement of our mission, resonating with creatives globally.

Our goal? A groundbreaking co-working space where our community thrives. With the BeyGood grant, this dream inches closer to reality. And the momentum is palpable. Our name has already garnered attention during the Renaissance World Tour. The horizon looks bright with endless possibilities.
