Shipping + Handling
If you receive free shipping, your package will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Currently, this option does not include tracking.
If you provide the wrong address, you will be charged for re-shipment.

Production time refers to the time it takes your order to go through the production process; this estimate is SEPARATE FROM SHIPPING TIME. Shipping times are calculated during checkout and should be added to the production time for the most accurate estimate of arrival.
If you purchase USPS First Class Mail as a shipping option, you will not receive tracking with your order.
When your order is available for shipping, you will be notified via email with a tracking number for your items. The tracking will be through USPS, and you can access your information by visiting USPS.
If USPS does not leave your package, (the mailbox is too small, full, etc.) they should leave you a notice. However, sometimes they do not leave a notice and instead hold your order at the post office for a period of time before being shipped back to us. If this occurs, you can contact them for a possible redelivery or go to the post office with the tracking number to retrieve the order. *We are not responsible for delayed, misdelivered or lost orders. The best way to find out what may be holding up an order after it’s been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier directly.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our production model, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.
If your item is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and we will work to rectify. If this request comes 30 days after your order, your request will not be processed.
