- It can be sent to an address selected by you, i.e. home, work, P.O box.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
- Processing time takes 10-15 business days. We work in house to product orders, as well as as work with partners to help fulfill your order.

WHERE CAN I FIND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?
- Care Instructions : Machine wash cold. Non-chlorine bleach, when needed. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron decorations/customization.
WHEN DO PRE-ORDER PERIODS END?
- Cutomers will be notified when the pre-order period ends. The pre-order period will be on-going and will last around 4 weeks.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS/ARRIVE?
Usually we allow 10-15 days for processing and shipping. We provide a tracking number for your package . In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
All orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the coming Monday.
If your select Priority Shipping, you will recieve your order within 3 days after your order is processed.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS & DIDN'T RECEIVE SOME ITEMS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- Because we ship from different locations, your order may come in multiple packages. If you place a large order, your items may come in seperate packages. If you do not receive your second package or item within 4 days of receiving your first package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED WHEN I USE A "FREE SHIPPING" DISCOUNT CODE?
- Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which is 4-8 day shipping time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- Yes. They will be mailed via USPS First Class International. Shipping time will take about 1-3 weeks. We follow each order to ensure it arrives at its destination.
- Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through our website.
HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT PRE-ORDERS ON NEW ITEMS?
- You can subscribe to be on our mailing list. Those on our mailing list will be updated about upcoming releases and re-stocks of products.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, we are accepting exchange requests.
