Shipping policy

Production time refers to the time it takes your order to go through the production process; this estimate is SEPARATE FROM SHIPPING TIME. Shipping times are calculated during checkout and should be added to the production time for the most accurate estimate of arrival. 

If you receive free shipping, your package will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Currently, this option does not include tracking. 

If you provide the wrong address, you will be charged for re-shipment.

When your order is available for shipping, you will be notified via email with a tracking number for your items. The tracking will be through USPS, and you can access your information by visiting USPS. 

If USPS does not leave your package, (the mailbox is too small, full, etc.) they should leave you a notice. However, sometimes they do not leave a notice and instead hold your order at the post office for a period of time before being shipped back to us. If this occurs, you can contact them for a possible redelivery or go to the post office with the tracking number to retrieve the order. *We are not responsible for delayed, misdelivered or lost orders. The best way to find out what may be holding up an order after it’s been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier directly.

All over the U.S. and internationally

Standard orders will take 5-7 business days. Pre-orders are stated on the item page.

All orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the coming Monday.

If your select Priority Shipping, you will recieve your order within 3 days after your order is processed.

If you need a rush delivery, please email info@malaikaapparel.com & we will determine whether we can accomodate.

Because we ship from different locations, your order may come in multiple packages. If you place a large order, your items may come in seperate packages. If you do not receive your second package or item within 4 days of receiving your first package, please email info@malaikaapparel.com  

Yes. They will be mailed via USPS First Class International. Shipping time will take about 1-3 weeks. We follow each order to ensure it arrives at its destination.Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. Sorry, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We value your package at the accurate amount you paid for the item through our website.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, we are accepting exchange requests.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our production model, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. 

If your item is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage and we will work to rectify. If this request comes 30 days after your order, your request will not be processed.

If you provide the wrong address, you will be charged for the re-shipment of your package.

Lost/Returned Item

Malaika Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
